How these numbers work
Counts from data the product already stores — no names, no message text, no coordinates, no profile visits. Each block’s “Details” names its source and period. Anything that cannot be measured says so instead of showing a zero.

Details
App events from devices whose owner opted in, stored as daily totals for 90 days. Totals of events — not people, not a funnel. Missing consent is not the same as non-use.
Profile distributions
Private chats are never an analytics source.
Rule
Support chats may be read for support. A user-to-user chat is accessible only when that exact chat has an open report; every allowed or denied attempt is written to the audit log. Use aggregate metadata for insights — never export message text, profile it, or browse conversations out of curiosity.

Signed-in devices
Every device that ever completed a Pitch Control
sign-in. A device you do not recognise means someone else got in — change
your password and check the code mailbox.
Remembered devices
Devices that sign in with password only, without an email code. A device is forgotten after 60 days without use and after 180 days at the latest. Revoke anything you do not recognise.
Broadcast push
Push requires permission on the recipient’s device and a valid push registration. Provider acceptance does not confirm that a notification appeared on the device.
Maintenance mode
Locks the app for all users with a notice screen. Only for real maintenance.

Daily update
Sends a summary to Marvin and Nick by email. The result below confirms whether the email provider accepted it; this does not confirm inbox delivery.
Invite admin access
Owner only, and for new people. To send a fresh password link to someone who already has access, use “Send password link” in their row below — that leaves their account untouched.
The person sets their own password via a one-time link. Nobody in Pitch Your Game Control ever sees or sets that password, including you.
Every sign-in also needs a code. It is sent to this address, never to the admin's own login address — that separation is what makes it a second factor. Only owner mailboxes can be chosen; changing the list needs a deploy.
